He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert W. Decourcy and Margaret M. Decourcy; his wife Jane Y. Decourcy; his children, William R. Decourcy, Jr. (Edith) of Winter Garden and Jane F. Raven (Thomas) of Manlius; his sister Renee Fincher of Florida; and his grandchildren, Alexandra Raven, Liam Decourcy, Jane Raven, Aidan Decourcy and Sarah Raven.
