“I had the great pleasure of sitting across from Vedaant in a lab class my sophomore year at Michigan State. Regardless of the early morning class time, the often abhorrent Michigan weather, or the approaching deadlines of an exam or project, Vedaant was always smiling… almost glowing with a sort of infectious kindness that never failed to improve my day. I’m saddened to have learned of his loss today. He will be greatly missed by me and by the many that shared in the pleasure of knowing him.”
