It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lillian Martha Verkerke (Plymouth, Michigan), who passed away on February 26, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sister June Nahabetian; her sisters-in-law, Roberta Nahabetian and Mary Nahabetian; her brothers, Homer Nahabetian and Dave Nahabetian; her stepson Mike Verkerke; her grandson Shawn Conklin; and her niece Kathy Parsons.
She is survived by: her husband Jim; her children, Deborah Wilson, Sandy Nickol (Kurt), Steve Petrovich (Jackie), Sue Conklin (John), Dan Verkerke (Karen), Paul Verkerke and Ann Pitser; her grandchildren, Carly Petrovich, Austin Nickol, Joe Petrovich, Steve Conklin, Jennifer Bitzer LaCroix, Cody Verkerke, Andrea Kenwell, Chelsea Duffy, Matt Verkerke, Casey Verkerke, Trent Pitser and Ava Pitser; her siblings, Delores Zeh (Jim) and Richard Nahabetian; and her sibling-in-law Lynn Nahabetian. She is also survived by four great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
