He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Benno Badendieck and Magda Badendieck (Stolley); his wife Laurna; his daughter Claudia (Simons) of New Boston; his son-in-law Mike Simons; his brother Gunther; his daughter-in-law Marian; his cousins, Lydia and Doerthe; and his son Michael.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the St. Andrew Lutheran Church Reconstruction Fund or the Michigan Parkinson's Foundation.
