He is survived by: his mother Marlene Kenworthy (Malloy); his daughter Leanne April; his siblings, Chad Kenworthy (Krista), Brandy Benos (Nick) and Valerie Kemper; his grandchildren, Natalie and Owen; and his nieces and nephews, Amber Lynn, Oliver, Ruby, Emerson, Vincent and Austin.

Memorial contributions may be given to family for future designation.
