He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Bonifield and Eva Bonifield; his girlfriend Judy Bonifield; his siblings, Thelma Raymond, Mike Bonifield, Darlene Fulkerson and Polly Bonifield; and his son-in-law Bruce Robertson.
He is survived by: his children, Denise Robertson, Christine Baena, Sandy Woodward and Cherie Johnston (Jeff); his grandchildren, Shaun Shecora, Tyler Smith, Valerie Woodward, Ryan Johnston (Jessie), Austin Johnston, Hannah Johnston and Abbie Johnston; and his great grandchildren, Conner Shecora, Owen Johnston and Hayes Johnston.
