He is survived by: his wife Jane Griffel Conlen; his children, Patrick Conlen (Lynn), Cynthia Kozica (Aidis), Carrie Manz (Paul) and Lisa McGuffin (John Scriver); his grandchildren, Molly Fulks (Brent), Matthew Conlen, Vincas Kozica, Viktoras Kozica, Reilly, Christine Manz, Nora Manz, Patrick McGuffin and Grace McGuffin; and his sister Jean (Dave Andrews). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family suggests memorial donations be made to Holy Trinity Parish, the American Diabetes Association, or a charity of your choice.
