She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Nichols and Daisy Bell Nichols (Glasscock); her husband Robert Lee Towles; her children, Robert Lee Towles Jr. (Sue) and Belinda Kay Brown Towles; her siblings, Joe Nichols, Paige "Buck" Carlton Nichols, Mildred Boyer and Bertha May Allen; and her grandchildren, Felicia Towles and Corey Towles.
She is survived by: her children, Rickie Ray Towles (Carol), Esther Marie Smith (Gary), Timothy Wayne Towles (Pat) and Brian Keith Towles; and her sister Barbara Jarvis. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
