She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Metcalf and Ada Metcalf (Norrie); her husband Dr. Lee G. Smith; her daughter Michele Lynn Smith; her brother James Metcalf; her half-brother Carl Metcalf; and her daughter-in-law Charma Hastings-Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Lee Smith and Sandra Woehler (Scott); her half-sister Helen Dinsmore; her grandson Garrett Woehler; her stepgranddaughter Holly Abdullah; and her daughter-in-law Ellen Smith.
