He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Smith and Evelyn Smith; and his sister Constance (Neville Geake). He is survived by: his wife Linda Smith (Whitley); his sons, David and Jason (Sarah); and his grandchildren, Colton, Connor, Brady and Josephine.
