He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Stowe and Sophia Stowe (Mehringer). He is survived by: his wife Gloria Stowe; his children, Vicky Rudolph, Randy Stowe, Terry Stowe (Tara), Garry Stowe (Lecia) and Cindy Schroeder; and his brothers, Lloyd Stowe and Ray Stowe. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
