She was predeceased by: her father Charles Slack; and her sisters, Barbara McIntire and Marjorie Christie. She is survived by: her mother Anna Slack (Kalman); her husband John Basley; her children, Clifton Basley (Becky), John Basley Jr. (Janice), Kathy Chesney (Craig) and Melissa Toth (Martin); her brother Ray Slack; her grandchildren, Alison Haas (David), Jack Basley, Austin Basley (Chelsea), Devin Basley, Jillian Chesney, Luc Chesney and Martin Toth; and her great grandchildren, Catherine Haas and David Hass. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
