She is survived by: her children, James Cook (Pat) of Dublin, OH, Carolyn Waller (Greg) of Roscommon, Steven Cook of Ypsilanti, Mary Matossian (Viken) of Ann Arbor, Virginia Piehler (Randy) of Brighton and Michael Cook (Carol) of Howell; her grandchildren, Sarah, Andrea, Scott, Crystal, Jimmy (Morgan), Kelly (Holly), Jeffrey (Jessie), Anahid, Kathryn, Margarite, Caitlyn, Maria (Quinn), Rosemary, Garo, Isabelle, Meghan, Amanda, Julia, Sophia, Michael Jr. and Madelyn; her great grandchildren, Gwendolyn, Jackson and Ella; her siblings, Arthur Velthoven (Lorrie) of Highland, Virginia Iaconelli (Angelo) of Milford and Ron Velthoven (Sue) of Livonia; and her husband Mack. She is also survived by six children and their spouses, passed away surrounded by her children.
