He is survived by: his wife Betsy; his children, David, Nathan (Amy), Rachel, Rebekah Roskelley (Michael), Susanna, Monica Sewell (Jesse), Joseph, Laura, Alyssa and Angela; and his brothers, Charles (Susan) and Douglas (Yvonne). He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
