He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Dolata and Shirley Dolata. He is survived by: his wife Fran Dolata; his children, Shawn and Scott; his daughters-in-law, Sherilyn and Emily; and his grandchildren, Meghan, Jacob, Eleanor, Barrett and Evalyn.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Camp Spifida; 58 Camp Victory Road, Millville, PA 17864.
