He is survived by: his children, Michael Hellner (Wendy) of Lapeer, Rob Hellner (Nicki) of Waterford, Kimberly Mauro of Lake Orion, Lisa Scott (Kenny) of North Branch, Christopher Hellner of Oxford and Amy Hellner of Oxford; his siblings, Dick Hellner (Donna), Jerry Hellner (Lorraine), Susie Hellner, Marilyn Bondy (Rick) and Karren Rangle (George); his close friends, Winston and German Shepard; and his wife Joan Emily Steinbrenner.
Memorial donations name may be considered to Everest Collegiate High School in Jim's name.
