She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Germack (Tim), James McCormick and Patricia Kamm (John); her grandchildren, Dr. Hayley Germack (Andrew VanHoogenstyn), Dylan Germack (Javier Gato), Erika Kamm (Nick Sheeran), Michael Kamm and James McCormick; and her great grandchild Emery VanHoogenstyn.
