It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mildred Chmicko of Owosso, Michigan, born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on April 18, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Chmelar and Marie Chmelar (Hajek); and her brother Robert Chmelar. She is survived by: her sons, Paul J. Chmiko and Michael Chmiko (Rene); her grandchildren, Cortney Wallace (Jeff), Madison Sheldon (Chad) and Adam Chmiko; her great grandchildren, Sophie and Finley Wallace; and her siblings, Marion Krchmarik (Gus), Ed Chmelar (Sharon) and Henry Chmelar (Lois). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends.
