He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Wood and Blanche Wood; his wife Linda DeShetler (Zillien); and his grandsons, Kevin and Allan DeShetler.
He is survived by: his son Ralph DeShetler (Sue); his grandchildren, Jay, Lori DeShetler, Mindy, Chris Ovall, Shelby DeShetler and Eric Eischen; his son Mike DeShetler (LuAnne); his grandchildren, Cassandra Newsom, Christian, Kristin DeShetler, Greg, Laura Abernathy, Amanda, Jason Sager, Michael Abernathy and Chelsea Bateson; and his siblings-in-law, Marty Danyi and George Zillien. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Reeb Home (5712 Main St, Sylvania, OH 43560). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
