He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hager and Adele Hager; his brother Scott; and his niece Tracy. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Sweeney (Congdon); his sons, Tom Hager, Jr., Troy Sweeney (Wendy) and Todd Sweeney (Lee); his grandchildren, Chelsea, Kaylyn, Taylor and Devon; his siblings, Margaret Eoff, Jody Lapish (John) and Jan Jones (Terri); and his brothers-in-law, Michael Congdon and Craig Congdon (Charyl). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
