He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his siblings, Ryan (Rita Johnson) and Beth (Frank Sorensen); his nephews, Reid (Melinda), Drew (Lisa), Troy (Amber) and Dustan (Robin); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Austin, Chase, Kash, Lane, Andrew, Avery, Adrianna, Anniston, Madison, Myla and Ashley; and his siblings-in-law, Michael (Amy), John (Joan), Jeff (Roxanne) and Coni (Mike).
