With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyn Kay Jacob of Osseo, Michigan, born in Pittsford, Michigan, who passed away on March 15, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Fish and Catherine Fish (Ray); and her brother-in-law Vernon Ruth. She is survived by: her children, John Jacob (Amy) of Toledo, Ohio and Victoria Jacob of Swanton, Ohio; and her siblings, Serena Ruth of Osseo and Philip "Tom" Fish II (Carrol) of Pittsford. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
