He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Wayne and Audrey Elaine; and his brothers, Todd Kather and Brad Kather. He is survived by: his girlfriend Lois Peterson; his brother Scott Kather (Marla); and his nieces and nephews, Ryan Kather, Esther Kather, Rebecca Nam and Timothy Bruce.
