She is survived by: her husband Richard Kenneth Pethick; her children, Richard Pethick, Jr. (Andrea), Gary Pethick (Connie), Amy Sherman (Jerry) and Julie Decker (Adam); her grandchildren, Jennifer Walker (Mitch), Jessica Green (Grant), Unique Pethick, Joslynn Decker, Jaelynn Decker, Brooklyn Pethick, Sydney Pethick and Keegan Switzenberg; her great grandchildren, Levi and Luke; and her brother Stephen Koslowski (Pamela).
