He is survived by: his former wife Deborah Ann; his wife Debbie Dial; his children, Jeremy Dial, Tim Dial, Stacy Provo (Kyle Tucker), Brian Dial and Lauren Dial; his grandchildren, Heidi, Lucia and Layla Dial; and his siblings, Dalton Dial (Carol) and Shirley Kelly.
