He was predeceased by: his parents, Earle and Beatrice; and his sister Marilyn Heckman. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Kage; his stepchildren, Tonya Streasick (Tom), JoEll Boyce and Matt Boyce; his grandchildren, Tim and Taryn Streasick; and his brothers, Jim Kage (Anna) and Terry Kage (Mary).
