She was predeceased by: her parents, John Spanka and Mabel Spanka (Legrett); her husband Julius Pylak; her children-in-law, Bill Davis, Linford Hazelett and Ruth Pylak; her grandchildren, Sharon and David; and her siblings, Vivian, Geraldine, Shirley and John.

She is survived by: her children, Rosemary Hazelett of Ocqueoc, Barbara Davis of Huron Beach, Deborah Seifferlein (Karl) of Clinton Township and Robert Pylak. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
