He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Nash and Rosalie Nash (Poirier); his wife Catherine "Katy" Nash; his sister Glenda; and his brother-in-law Ed Kling.
He is survived by: his close friends, Dennis Nelson, Bob Hookway and Jeff Venn; his sisters, Nancy Michiels (Larry), Shirly Zaremba (George) and Marilyn Quigg (Doran); and his aunt Marjorie Poirier. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and great-great-nieces.
