He is survived by: his children, Donetta Fencl-White (Billy) of Olivet, Duane Fencl (Wendy) of Oklahoma City and Deborah Fencl-South of Tulsa, Oklahoma.; his siblings, A. Keith Fencl (Charlene) of San Antonio, Billy Fencl (Edna) of Bruno and Theresa Kavan (Kent) of Dunbar, Nebraska.; and also Margaret. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
