He was predeceased by: his father James VanHeerde (Crystal); his grandparents, James VanHeerde and Marjorie VanHeerde; his aunt Melissa VanHeerde; and his grandmother Marsha Lovelette.
He is survived by: his half-brother Logan Smith; his mother Suzanne Smith of Olivet; his sister Kelsey VanHeerde of Lansing; his girlfriend Kylie Houck of Olivet; and his half-sisters, Rainee and Shalee VanHeerde of Hillsdale, Michigan. He is also survived by cousins, aunts, and uncles.
