He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Libby and Ruth Libby (Spiller). He is survived by: his wife Lois Libby; his daughters, Debra Libby, Michelle McKee and Janis Cottrell (Brian); his grandchildren, Kaylee McKee, Kris McKee (Hunter), Brandon, Joey and Becca Cottrell; his great grandchild Kade Mueller; and his sister-in-law Harriet Kroeze.
Social distancing and facial coverings will be required.
