He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Veurink and Doris Veurink (McQueen); and his sister Virginia Lou Veurink-Winslow. He is survived by: his nephew Larry Jr. Winslow (Jennifer) of Norton Shores; his niece Marjorie Kulba (John) of Granger, IN; his great-nephew Curtis Kulba; his great-niece Cathlyn Kulba of Granger, IN; and his friends, Jim Moser, Blair Bennitt and Ken Osborn.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to The Spina Bifida Association.
