He is survived by: his wife MaryAnn Mellott of Spring Lake; his children, Marie Benefiel (Chris) of Fort Wayne, IN and John Quellos of Vicksburg, MI; his grandchildren, Jon, Aubree, Jayden and Marisa; his uncle John; his aunt Jeanette Patrick of Parma, OH; his pet Gracie; and his friends, Diana LaFleur, Andy, Crystal Mitzel and Danny McCorkle.
