Van Veelen (Cindy), David Van Veelen (Theresa) and Kimberley Willis; his grandchildren, Jennifer Hemphill (Neil), Emily Cook (Jonathan), Josh Van Veelen (Kristynne), Jonathan Van Veelen (Stephanie), Justin Van Veelen (Autum), Katie Fairchild (Nathan), Jessica Reining (Jason), Derek Lauber and Matthew Lauber (Elizabeth); and his sisters, Louise Cass and Shirley Shanty. He was also cherished by many great-grandchildren.
