He is survived by: his wife Patricia J. Kuhn; his stepchildren, Randy Madendorp (Mary) and Debbie Green (Don); his grandchildren, Kristin Grusell (Zack), Greg Madendorp, Janet Madendorp, Kylienne Green, Erik Green and Karrissa Green; his sister-in-law Janet M. Kuhn; and also, Ted R. Kuhn, Lisa, Kristie, Kimberly, David, Steve, Tom, Kurt and Grant.
