He was predeceased by: his grandfather Robert "Bubba" Forton; and his great-grandparents, Earl Forton, Clarissa Kroeze and Eva Green. He is survived by: his parents, Brian Dethloff and Rona Dethloff (McDowell); his brother Carter Dethloff; his grandparents, Rick, Jan Dethloff, Marilyn Forton and Ron McDowell (Sally); his great-grandparent Donna Forton; his aunts and uncles, Kevin Dethloff (Kristen), Sue Lattin (Dave), Scott McDowell (Sandy), Mark McDowell (Heidi), Amanda Paganelli and Luke Forton; and his cousins, Noah, Lauren, Luke Dethloff, Jake Dethloff, Eli Lattin, Colin, Sydney McDowell, Erin, Ryan, Marlowe McDowell, Sloane Forton and Teammates.
