He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Bazany and Lucy Bazany (Patterson). He is survived by: his wife Michele Chupp; his son Hunter Bazany; his stepchildren, Gretchen Catalfamo, Jeremy (Liz) and Nicholas Wilder (Krystal); his grandchildren, Aedan, Greyson, Nico, Lucas, Keegan, Khloe and Kaylee; and his siblings, Lori Plooster, Stacie Halloran (Pat), Cheryl Demarse (Jack), Susan Corcoran (Mike), Bruce Bazany (Kitty) and Skip Bazany (Marquita). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
