He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Cichoracki and Marion Cichoracki (Smith); his daughter Debra Vroman; and his brother Chuck Cichoracki. He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Griffin (Rich), Anita Taylor (David) and Lisa Yamanaka (Aaron); his grandchildren, Brandy, Brian, Samantha, Erik, Brendan, Brooke, Tanisha and Collin; his great grandchild Clapton; his siblings, David Cichoracki (Pam), Stan Cichoracki (Debbie), Elsie Cichoracki, Josephine Cichoracki, Marion Haack (Richard), Elizabeth Morris and Judy Cichoracki; and his sister-in-law Brenda Cichoracki. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed the Juvenile Diabetes and Arthritis Foundation.
