He is survived by: his children, Jason Smith, Jeff Smith (Leanne), Jill Shaver, Jeremy Smith (Kelly), Joseph Smith and James Smith; his siblings, Barbara Streu, Kathy Bretz, Nancy Edwards and Paul Smith; and his extended family, Holly Withey and Katie Weber. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
