He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harley and Carrie Harley (Crawford); his wife Doreen (Albrecht); his daughters, Patti Daniels and Carol Hutchinson; and his sons-in-law, Donald Bruman and Kevin Daniels.
He is survived by: his children, Kris Harley (Patricia), Earl Harley, Lee Ramirez and Luanne Bruman; and his son-in-law Allen Hutchinson.
