He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernie Bentley and Bertha Bentley (Shaffer); and his brother Donald Allen Bentley. He is survived by: his wife Lori Willits; his children, Keri Johnson, Derek Bentley, Kelleigh Bentley and Dayne Bentley; his stepchildren, DarLin Knapp and DaviLee Ames (Travis); his grandchildren, Hunter, Chace, Klaira of Chet, JJ, Gemma, Dean, Max, Robby, Carson and Mason; his siblings, Daryl Bentley (Lynnette) and Martha Bentley; and his niece Leah Bentley. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
