He is survived by: his sons, Carl Petitt, William Petitt (Natalie), Shane Petitt (Beth) and David Petitt (Rachel); and his sisters, Shirley Murray (Jack), Sandy Aldridge (Dave) and Marilyn LeClaire. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren.
