She was predeceased by: her father Anthony Spitz; her husband Eugene J. Barczykowski; and her siblings, Harriette Miller, Lorrene Nemeth and Clarence Spitz.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Truax (David) of South Bend, Sandy Flanagan (Clay) of Niles and Sue Woodard (Greg) of Pittsboro; her grandchildren, Lauren VanZant (Matthew), Collin Truax (Elayna), Caitlyn Truax, Joshua Flanagan, Brianne Flanagan, Allison Woodard and Aidan Woodard; her siblings, Margaret Gloster (Jerry) of South Bend and Andrew Spitz of South Bend; and her great grandchildren, Liam Truax, Audrey VanZant, Lakelyn Truax, Dylan VanZant, Logan Truax and Ryder Truax.
