Donald Chapman Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 13, 2023, at the age of 90, Donald Chapman of Niles, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Chapman and Frances Chapman (Moon); his brother Jack Chapman; and his close friend Barbara Smallwood. He is survived by: his wife Ruth E. Welsh; his children, Christine Wilson of Lansing, LuAnn Meyers (Donald) of Niles and Lynn Culp (Jeff) of Muncie, Indiana; his grandchildren, Erin Suddeth, Matt Kidwell (Alison) and Justin Wilson, Sr. (Tiffany); his stepgrandsons, Chad Meyers (Lataya) and Eric Meyers; his great grandchildren, Annalise Wilson, Justin Wilson, Jr., Emily Morgan Kidwell, Avery Kidwell and Natalia Faith Suddeth; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Caleb Wilson, Lili Meyers, Isaiah Powell, Jasmine Scott and D. J. Scott; and his sister-in-law Anna Chapman (Jack). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
