He was predeceased by: his parents, James Reed and Leatha Reed (Imboden); his wife Linda Reed; his son James Reed; and his grandson David Whyde.
He is survived by: his children, Shari Reed, Donald Reed, Catherine Jasper (David Dewey) and Dorothy Reed; his grandchildren, Shawn Zimmerman, Joyce Reed, Justina Reed, Peggy Reed, Darryl Roberts (Raina), Linda Woelk (Michael), Robert Jasper (Angelleah), Randy Whyde Jr. and Tiffany Whyde; and his siblings, Veda Finton and Jerry Reed (Mary). He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
