He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Foley and Ursula Foley (Thompson); his former wife Aileen Foley; and his siblings, Nadine Foley, Thomas Foley and Robert Foley.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Taylor; his children, Thomas Foley (Corrine) of Wrightwood, CA, Molly Foley-Healy (Larry Healy) of Arvada, CO and Kate Nelson (Ken) of Appleton, WI; his grandchildren, Patrick, Ryan, Tanner and Victoria; his great grandchildren, Abel and Elias; and his siblings, Yvonne Lelli (John) of Shelby Township, Tim Foley (Jean) of Cheboygan, Patricia Foley (John Wiznerowicz) of Midland and Michael Foley (Ann Routt) of Ypsilanti. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be directed to St. Timothy's Catholic Church in his memory.
