She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Thompson and Janet Thompson; her husband Jeffrey Joseph Middleton; and her son Samuel Jason Middleton. She is survived by: her close friend Dave Fleet; her children, Joseph Middleton and Brandy Todd (John); and her grandchildren, Halle, Alexandra, Kate, Brooke, Olivia and Owen.
