He was predeceased by: his parents, Elijah Williams and Minnie Williams; his stepmother Jane; his siblings, Edna, Neva, Edward, Elijah Jr., Earl, Carl and Glen; and his great grandchildren, Elijah and Erin.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Stouder (Timothy) and Robert Williams (Nancy); his grandchildren, Stephanie McCollom (Christopher), Robert Williams (Stephanie), Lisa Williams and Timothy Stouder (Lorna); his great grandchildren, Reese, Julia, Maci, Tessa, Emily, Ben, Keegan, Connor, Greyson and Everett; and his former wife Mabel Connors. He is also survived by his family and was a very involved "papaw".
