He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Restivo and Margaret Restivo (Detroit); and his brother Michael E. Restivo. He is survived by: his former wife Sandra McLean; his grandchildren, Kayla Maduri (B. J.), Sarah Lamberti (Cameron), Jessica, Madison Restivo, Drew, Sara, Dana DeBuc, Austin Esser, Alex Esser and Jimmy Esser; his close friend Patricia Wilson; his sisters, Carol Wright and Susan Deckers; and also Shelly Restivo.
