She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Lambert and Eleanor Lambert (Pomranky); and her stepfather Otis Hollingshead. She is survived by: her husband Michael Shier; her sons, Steve Shier of Ashland, WI, Gary Shier of Negaunee, John Shier (Katy) of Colorado Springs and Brian Shier of Negaunee Township; her grandchildren, Mackenzie, Makayla, Hunter, Colton and Isabella Shier; and her siblings, Melodie Sheets, Ann Hollingshead, Steve Lambert (Paulette), Tony Lambert (Kelly Martin), Neil Hollingshead (Becky), Phil Hollingshead (Judy) and Doug Hollingshead (Beckie). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed in Jackie's memory to Lake Superior Hospice.
